- Plan 3 (a few weeks later)
- Move in 2 years, when the Girl is finished with community college and she can transfer to university near the property.
- Get a loan to build the one bedroom condo with large garage. Sell the house in the city, move to the condo and begin building the main house.
- Plan 4 (11 months after purchasing the property)
- Move in 18 month (same time frame as Plan 3).
- Sell the house in the city, move into a travel trailer on the property and begin building the house.
- Garage to be built either at the same time as house or after.
- Condo to be built as an addition to the garage at a later date.
- Back to Plan 3 (a few days after deciding on Plan 4)
- Lesson to be learned, sit on an idea at least a week before blogging about it.
